“Literally held it hostage for 48 hours,” Moreno said.

“This girl is crying at night because she can’t sleep without her little blue bunny. His answer is, ‘I’m just not going to give it to you.’”

Moreno said the bitter ordeal had consumed his family.

As the scandal snowballed, another of Miller’s former partners launched fresh legal action against him.

Stephanie Grisham, who served as Trump’s White House press secretary, filed for a temporary restraining order against Miller on Monday, according to her attorney Mark Zaid on X.

Grisham previously described an abusive relationship with an unnamed former White House partner in a 2021 Washington Post article and later identified the man as Miller.

Miller denied her allegations and sued her for defamation within hours of the article being published before voluntarily dismissing the case.

The pair later reached a settlement that allegedly barred them from disparaging each other or disclosing confidential matters.

Grisham now claims Miller violated that deal through recent public comments and posts on X accusing her of fabricating allegations against him.

She is asking a judge to force Miller to remove the posts and prevent him from making further statements that allegedly breach the agreement.

Miller must respond to the request on or before August 17, according to Zaid.
