Buc-ee’s admits ‘not a decision we made lightly’ as it confirms service dropped from ALL locations

BUC-EE’S customers may not realize they can no longer access a specific service after some complications.

The travel center chain has sparked online debate for several reasons, including a $20 minimum policy and a sign announcing a “ban.”

It’s no secret that Buc-ee’s is a popular destination for families, tourists, and road-trippers around the United States.

Some locations are so busy that they bring in up to 15,000 guests daily, according to the Daytona Beach News-Journal.

Staff at Buc-ee’s massive convenience stores are spending almost every minute assisting customers, leaving little time to answer phone calls.

That’s why Buc-ee’s admitted that it has unlisted the phone numbers for locations to keep employees focused on the in-store experience.

“This is not a decision we made lightly,” Buc-ee’s wrote in the frequently asked questions (FAQ) section of its website.
