Among the files were secretly recorded conversations in which Moreno allegedly said she was frightened of Miller and believed he had a drug problem after finding needles beside his bed.

Miller denied using illegal drugs and said he had received testosterone replacement therapy.

Another recording concerned Moreno’s claim that Miller threw hot water at her from a pan of eggs before spraying her with the hose attached to their kitchen sink.

Moreno could allegedly be heard saying she went into a closet and cried after the incident.

Miller responded in the recording: “I never thought that — that hurt you,” and added that “it wasn’t done with intent,” according to the New York Post.

He later described spraying Moreno with water as “horseplay” and insisted the tap water was not hot enough to scald her.

Moreno has also accused Miller of holding a gun to her head and behaving violently toward her in front of their daughter.

She told police that the two-year-old child suffered a fractured collarbone in February and had a bruise near the injury that appeared to resemble a handprint.
