The toddler’s name, medical payment records and several other images were also reportedly left visible in the files.
The material remained accessible for at least a day before the document was corrected on Monday.
Miller’s attorney, Aaron Minc, took responsibility for the shocking error and said neither the congressman nor his staff had reviewed or prepared the folder.
“Unfortunately, I missed the last three pages of a 40+ page document with sensitive content,” Minc said.
“It was completely unintentional and a mistake. The moment I discovered the issue on Monday morning, I corrected the file immediately.”
