Her lawyers argue the frequently changing regimen worsened her mental condition.

On December 8, 2022, she wrote that she felt “very depressed” and had experienced “intrusive thoughts today.”

The following day, she recorded sleeping well but suffering “horrible intrusive thoughts.”

Her December 10 entry again said she had slept well before adding: “horrible thoughts in AM.”

The same bleak phrase appeared on December 11 as she continued tracking the effect of her medications.

On December 12 and 13, Clancy wrote of “horrible thoughts” and “no motivation.”

She also described herself as “deeply depressed” in the December 13 entry.

The next day, she wrote “HORRIBLE thoughts,” with the word “thoughts” heavily underlined beneath her medication log.
