How to Cook and Use Ground Beef !!

Instructions:

Preheat the pan using medium heat. Use oil only if lean beef is being used. If not using lean beef, oil is not necessary.

Begin by placing the ground beef in the skillet. Employ a wooden spoon or spatula to smash it into smaller bits.

Stir frequently to avoid forming large lumps while cooking. Cook until the beef is browned and the pink color vanishes, approximately 6-8 minutes.

If the beef releases too much oil/grease, drain using a fine-mesh strainer or tip the pan for excess grease to be spooned out.

Sprinkle a variety of seasonings, from salt and pepper to yummy spices over the beef and mix well.

Add moisture (optional): If you prefer, add 2 tablespoons of water or broth to enhance flavor and let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Use as needed: Your ground beef is good to go for tacos, pasta sauces, casseroles, and many more.
