Trump’s second-term Senate has achieved the highest percentage of confirmed civilian nominees ready for floor action despite near-total partisan opposition from Democrats, who have forced roll-call votes on virtually every name and denied the traditional voice-vote courtesy extended to prior presidents of both parties.

By early August 2026, the Senate had confirmed more than 50 of Trump’s judicial nominees, including a strong slate of circuit court judges who will shape the law for decades on some of the nation’s most powerful appellate courts.

Among the standout confirmations to influential circuits:
