Hunter Biden Complains Family Is Broke During Deposition

Hunter Biden’s current legal team released depositions from both Biden and his former attorney, Abbe Lowell, in response to a discovery request from Winston Taylor.

The law firm is seeking emails and encrypted text messages as part of its lawsuit to recover unpaid legal fees.

Biden has opposed the request, arguing that he has already produced all documents relevant to the dispute.

Although Biden does not dispute that Winston Taylor is owed millions of dollars in outstanding legal fees, he contends the firm understood when it agreed to represent him in late 2022 that he lacked the financial resources to pay the full amount.

According to Biden, Lowell—who left the firm formerly known as Winston & Strawn last year—repeatedly assured him that he should not worry about paying his legal bills.
