The awkward clip did not go unnoticed on social media, as users said you could “see every bob and weave”

The instances date all the way back to 2020, when he appeared to have trouble walking down a ramp at West Point. This was then widely commented on in the press, prompting the president to issue a statement.

“The ramp that I descended after my West Point commencement speech was very long and steep,” he wrote at the time, “had no handrail and, most importantly, was very slippery. The last thing I was going to do is ‘fall’ for the Fake News to have fun with. Final 10 feet, I ran down to level ground. Momentum!”
