One post included the message: “Surely a sniper with a terminal illness cannot be a big ask out of 343 million.” Investigators said Morrow published the content online, prompting an arrest the same evening. She was taken into custody on Jan. 25 following an investigation by local deputies and the Jackson County Bureau of Investigations.
