In 2024, she again courted the progressive left with hardline anti-Israel rhetoric.

Yet when it comes to answering for alleged violence against a police officer—kicks to the groin area while officers tried to restore order on a college campus—Stein initially treated the court date as optional.

That it was quickly withdrawn after the lawyer’s belated appearance does not erase the initial disregard for the court’s authority.

The next hearing is set for September 14 in St. Louis.

If she fails to appear, Judge Johnson has already signaled that another arrest warrant will follow.
