Democrats Just Published Their Takeover Plan — and Republicans Had Better Wake Up

The moment they take back Congress in November, the plan is simple, brazen, and existential: kill the Senate filibuster on day one, pack the Supreme Court with activist judges, and cement a structural electoral advantage so overwhelming that Republicans may never win another national election again.
